Eoin Sharkey - CEO
Founder and CEO of BioFactory, Eoin is a trained Mechanical Engineer from Bath University, and has spun the company out from his Master's project designing waste to energy systems.
Jon Blake - CCO
Jon has been an entrepreneur for the last 20 years, developing and managing several businesses in the circular economy. He has a background in designing and building recycling and recovery technologies. Having explored the UK and Europe for the most advanced technology, Jon successfully created several businesses responding to niche market demand.
Clare Beazley - Company Secretary
Clare is an ex-PWC chartered accountant who has spent the past two decades working as a CFO in the software SME sector, with previous experience of corporate treasury and financial services. She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of setting up, managing and developing high-growth businesses including fundraising and overseas expansion.
